We offer a variety of services including design,
    fabrication, repair welding, machining, snow plow sales and

            I am a mechanical engineer and enjoy helping develop
    people's ideas from concepts to finished products. You can
    see some of the drawings I have started with and the
    completed projects on this site. If you have detailed plans or
    need an existing piece copied we can do that too.
            We can fabricate single parts or small batches from
    steel, stainless steel or aluminum. We can make anything
    from small brackets to large items for heavy equipment.
    Check out a truck I set up to service portable toilets and a
    neat aluminum dock that folds up for winter as well some
    other miscellaneous jobs.
            We are excellent at repairing almost anything made of
    metal. We often save our customers 70-90% by repairing
    parts as opposed to replacing them. If it will cost more than
    half the replacement cost to repair an item we will let you
    know. Often customers chose to repair a part because we
    can complete the job faster than the replacement part is
    available or because we can reinforce or redesign the part
    to prevent a repeat failure. We also do welding repairs
    which require machining to meet specs such as building up
    worn bearing surfaces. We also machine bushings for worn
    holes & remove broken bolts. (save your self some money
    by not breaking an EZ out off in the offending piece).
            We have a complete machine shop and can machine a
    variety of things you might need. We have lathes, mills,
    drills, grinders, a press, and a punch. We can turn, bore,
    cut key-ways and threads.
            We also sell and services snow plows. We have parts
    in stock for Meyer, Fisher, Diamond, and Western. We have
    a more limited supply for Curtis, Boss and Monarch.
            We keep an Inventory of hot rolled flats and shapes as
    well as cold rolled bars. Small orders can be supplied from
    inventory and larger orders can generally be filled within a
    week. Current prices are $0.80/lb for hot rolled and $1.50
    for cold rolled.
            All services are offered for the same low price of
    $60/hr + material. We also offer fast turn around time, often
    same day on urgent items. Check with our customers or
